Only the freelancer pays the entire service fee, the customer pays only the amount of the task.
EasyStaff Connect fees consist of a service fee and a payout fee.
The service fee is:
3% basic fee (if the customer paid for the task via bank transfer)
6,25% (3% basic fee + 3,25% for payments made in EUR by card or PayPal)
8,25% (3% basic fee + 5,25% for payments made in USD by card or PayPal)
Payout fee:
Card MC/VISA — 1.5% + 0.5 EUR/USD
SEPA — 0%
SWIFT — € 15.00/$ 15.00
USDT (TRC-20) — 2% + € 5.00/$ 5.00
Transfer limits
If your customer is an individual
Transfer limits:
Any amount from 10 to 3,000 EUR/USD per task if the customer pays with a bank card (Mastercard/Visa/etc.). In one day, no more than 3 tasks can be paid from one bank card
Any amount from 1,000 EUR/USD for a task payment via bank details
If your customer is a legal entity Receiving payments from legal entities is not yet implemented on EasyStaff Connect. Before we implement this feature, you can receive payments from legal entities by creating an invoice.
