For freelancers

This article describes the fees for freelancers. Please note that the customer pays a 3% DAO Benefit Fee. This fee does not go to EasyStaff Connect. All collected funds are redistributed among the token holders.

EasyStaff Connect fees for freelancers consist of a service fee and a payout fee.

The service fee
1. Task payment (Hire button)

• 3% basic fee
• 6,25% (3% basic fee + 3,25% for payments made in EUR by card or PayPal)
• 8,25% (3% basic fee + 5,25% for payments made in USD by card or PayPal)

2. Fast payment (Pay button)

• 6% basic fee (if the customer paid for the task via bank transfer)
• 9,25% (3% basic fee + 3,25% for payments made in EUR by card)
• 11,25% (3% basic fee + 5,25% for payments made in USD by card)

Payout fee

• Card MC/VISA — 1.5% + 0.5 EUR/USD
• SEPA — 0%
• SWIFT — € 15.00/$ 15.00
• USDT (TRC-20) — 2% + € 5.00/$ 5.00

If your customer is an individual

Transfer limits:

• Any amount from 10 to 3,000 EUR/USD per task if the customer pays with a bank card (Mastercard/Visa/etc.). In one day, no more than 3 tasks can be paid from one bank card
• Any amount from 1,000 EUR/USD for a task payment via bank details

If your customer is a legal entity

Receiving payments from legal entities is not yet implemented on EasyStaff Connect. Before we implement this feature, you can receive payments from legal entities by creating an invoice.

Additionally

Please, contact our support team in case of any disputes and do not request a refund through other systems. If, after paying by card, the customer requests a refund through any third-party provider, all service fees and charges related to the dispute shall be borne by the freelancer.
