To make a payment, ask your freelancer for a link to their EasyStaff Connect public profile.

Open the link and log in or sign up as a customer.

Pay attention:
  • PayPal is only available if you use "Hire" option
  • You must indicate your real name and country as they appear in PayPal.
  • After the payment, the funds are not credited to your freelancer's balance immediately. They will be credited once you accept the task results in the chat.

If you entered the payment information incorrectly, please do not refund it in PayPal yourself, but contact our support for assistance.
This is the PayPal payment guide. Please note that the customer pays a 3% DAO Benefit Fee. This fee does not go to EasyStaff Connect. All collected funds are redistributed among the token holders.
Select the Customer role and authorize in the service.
Sign up using your email or Google account.

When you fill out the fields, please, provide your real first name, last name and country. After that, create a password and continue.

Then click Hire to create a task.
You will be redirected to PayPal. Log in to continue, then select a preferable payment method and complete purchase.
After you complete the payment, the funds will be credited to the task balance, but your freelancer will receive the payment only after you accept the task results.

Wait for your freelancer to accept the task and send you the results in the task chat.

Once you receive the results in the task chat, review and Accept them.
To start paying, click on the Pay button in the task.

Choose if you want to pay as an individual or a company, choose PayPal as a payment method, enter your real name and country as it appears in PayPal.

Wait for the invoice to be generated, then click on Continue payment.
